I watched a quick interview with Thomas Keller ther other dy it was posted on Facebook. He mentioned a cookbook that had ment alot to him, unforunitily for me the viedo went so fast and my spelling is so poor I have not been abel to figure out the name of the book or the author. I think the auther's name was something like Francsis Paua the the Book had Gastromony in it. Keller said it was not a cookbook with frecipies rather nertives on how to cook the dishes. If any one knows the coorect nake of theis cook book I woud greatly appreceate the info.
