Hi, new to this forum so hello to everyone
Im currently being tasked to create a edible centerpiece every week, so it cannot be too complicated (chocolate sculpturing etc)
Something along the lines of a croquenbush but something that is british of origin or themed.
I had ideas to make a big ben cake, decorated with icing (and using marzipan or fondant)
but any other ideas will be great, it has to be doable in a 2 hours roughly (prep and assembly). (minus the cooking time).
any suggestions?
