First of all this is my first post.. Second I'm not a chef or a pastry chef I'm an artisan baker. So I didn't know what forum to put this in. What I'm trying to figure out is how does one get up and go get an apprenticeship or a internship in another country. I'm pretty young but have been in the industry for years. Anyone with any experience on this sort of thing?
