Hey all food loving people,

 

I've been battling with the idea of bringing another cake/desert to work. Last time it was Blumenthals Exploding Gateau. Highly recommendable.

Since my boss said he would pay for the next hing I made for them I thought I would go all in. Imagine a "cream bun or cream puff" (I don't know the excact word), but instead of cream I would like to make Champagne Sorbet. Hidding in the center a strawberry sphere.

 

Do you think this is possible?
