Im currently a personal chef hoping to grow my business into something I can live on. I can use any and all advice on the matter :) Love cooking eventhough I'm a diabetic and its probably not the best career for me. I went to St Philips College, San Antonio, TX, for 2 years and have been a chef for 10. Prior to that I was in the Air Force for 8 years. I am also a mom trying hard to pass my food skills onto my children so they learn how to eat to live instead of live to eat like me...I'm a walking oxymoron ;) Currently teaching my 9 y/o knife skills--never too young to learn! Living the beachy life on the Florida coast and loving it all. Always in search of new food ideas to keep my skills fresh and would LOVE to go back to school when I can afford it (yeah, right).
