Hi, there! I ran into your site via some sort of link somewhere and took a long look around. This forum seems more friendly and professional than others I have been on over the past 20 years, and I'm glad your program allowed me to join.
I am retired and live in the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico. Benn cooking mostly for myself for over 30 years, and have started a meals-on-wheels-type supper club up here in the canyon. Obviously, southwestern foods are a big portion of my recipe box, but most other major types of cooking finds their way into my kitchen as well. I also so a whole lot of baking, mostly cheesecakes, layer cakes, cookies and snack bars.
