I'd probably go with prague #1 over Morton TQ.  Morton gives you less control over nitrate/nitrites.

 

But it looks like it was a good result. Congrats and thanks for sharing.

hi, phatch - i've used tender quick for curing since i was a kid. this stuff has always worked well for me, but nothing wrong with using the prague, that's for sure; simply adjust salt etc. accordingly, of course.
