I everyone.My name is Jacqui. I live in Orange California. I granduated from Orange Coast College's Culinary Arts program many years ago. I cater part-time and work as a nurse full-time.

Miss Jacqui, Welcome!

You MUST have a very busy life, I give you credit. 

Both of my sister-in-laws are Nurses,

so I know that's hard enough and then to cater on top of that?  WOW!

I'm not sure if you've been lurking prior to joining Chef Talk, like I did, so I hope that you've already checked out the Articles, Reviews and Galleries. 

Also, the FAQ and Community Guidelines are a great source of information, but if you still have any questions in regards to the website, please PM a Mod or Admin person.

I like to look in the Search bar at the top of the page for past topics that interest me,

some of them have been beaten to near death, but it makes for a good read.

Mostly though, I wanted to say ALOHA, welcome!

                   oha, joyous affection or joy
                   ha, life energy, life or breath

The joyful sharing of life energy in the present
