BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE

Quay has some of Sydney’s most spectacular views, sweeping from the Opera House to the Harbour Bridge. The food created by chef Peter Gilmore is equally awe-inspiring.

It's a great place - one of the best scenery in the world and GREAT food!

Chef Zone Au.

Gorgeous photos ... Thanks for posting them.

My older daughter lives in New Zealand and travels to Sydney for business ... I have told her to check this out.

Kind regards.

Nice post! The best meal of my life!

Each one that I create is what I was thinking.

Honestly, I grew up in the burbs of Chicago. There were some spectacular places the fishersmann's Inn, Al Capones Hideaway, The Milk Pail, and Charlie Trotters just to name a few! As of recent in the area that I currently reside in there are so many great places to divulge in that its not funny. But going back, I would have to say that my moms dover sole, halibut, and standing rib roast are the staples in my mind!
