Looks good but I believe they would be more tender if sliced thinner.

Hi, Ed - I definitely agree with that - looking back, I should have sliced them thinner for serving as "cold cuts" or to top crackers. I ahve a feeling this would have worked very well for that purpose, but at the time I was treating it bacon or possibly ham.
