I make a salad dressing using mayonnaise, buttermilk and spices. I would like to preserve this without refrigeration such as a hot water bath or pressure cooker. How do I do this?

From my research this cannot be done with home canning gear. Commercial factories use a combination of preservatives, as well as systems that pump nitrogren through the product to destroy bacteria. I'm not certain of the exact details but basically chef dave is right.. don't try this.
