Hello my name is George

i am from Macedonia but living and working on St Maarten DWI caribbean island..working in a kitchen almost 8 years.Now i am workind like a Head Chef in a small resort (40 rooms) and in  the International airport on St Maarten same positoon Head Chef..like a said i love cooking ;) lol thats why a am with two jobs in a kitchen...

Sorry everybody form my english mistake but english is not my 1st language so ...

Welcome to Cheftalk - and your English is fine - I don't know one word of your language!

 

Our membership is from around the globe and all levels of culinary ability, from those who are just starting to cook up to and including master chefs.  The wikis, blogs, articles, reviews and photography on the site are all well worth spending time to view.  There are three professionals-only fora on the site, but as they are read-only to those of us (like me, for instance) who are not employed in a culinary capacity, we ask professionals like yourself not to restrict your postings to those three areas.

 

You certainly are a hard-worker, working 2 jobs - or perhaps that should be, in an old English saying 'A glutton for punishment'?!! lol.gif
