So far I have made 90 of these in Tiffany blue; Pink; purple and yellow... I will be making a Macaron tower. The extra one will be placed next to the tower for saturday's party.. Filling will be: Dulce De Leche; Fig and Passion fruit buttercream; Ganache and Salted Caramel..
