A recently joined a restaurant,i work in the bakery section.it's almost more than a month now.here i am been treated as a trainee,the CDP even shouts at me over little issues.I am loosing my confidence,i feel like leaving my job,how do i face this situation.

A month? IMHO, you are still a trainee!
If you get upbraided for an issue, make sure you do not repeat the issue!
Be on time.
Ask questions when you do not know, remember, you are a trainee.
Take notes, learn from your issues and/or errors.
When you no longer create issues or make errors, you will progress from being a trainee.
