hi everyone,

 

my name is Len. Head chef and part owner of restaurant STOOF in harlingen, the netherlands. Looking forward to exchange wisdom and recipes from all over the world. Our restaurant is specialised is international stewdishes so i need all the help i can get searching for those original potstews from all over the world.

Hello, Len and welcome to the site.

Our membership is gathered from around the globe and all levels of culinary skills. I fall into the very enthusiastic amateur camp! The articles, photography, reviews and recipes are all well worth spending time to view.

I used to visit the Netherlands regularly, but haven't visited for a few years. I love the wonderful Dutch colonies' restuarants in Amsterdam and Den Haag.

Hello Len, and welcome! I've had good times in the Netherlands. I have a friend in Den Helder and a relative in Maarssen. Good to have you with us!
