Hello everyone,
I am interested in going into the field of Culinary Arts.
I live in Toronto, Ontario.. And have been doing research on good schools to go to in the area.
I work full time, so unfortunately the only options I have are for night and weekend classes.
So far my options seem to be between George Brown and Liasion College.
I have heard lots of great things about George Brown College, but havent heard TOO much about Liasion. They actually have a campus right by my house so it would be very convenient.
So if anyone has any recent experience with Liasion, or knows someone who went there.. I would love to hear your opinions and thoughts on the school.
As of right now, my primary passion is in the pastry world.
