Hello,

 

I got an email from Ghirardelli chocolates  the other day informing me that I am a finalist in their very first baking competition on Sept.

 

9th..

 

I am making something in the cookie division..   The Ghirardelli Chocolate Festival is ont Sept. 8th and 9th in San Francisco...

 

I am very excited..  just sharing my excitement..bounce.gif  it is in their website.. festival information..  I will share what I am making after the event.

i feel that Ghirardelli's chocolates are America's understated chocolates.  I enjoy many of them.

Thank you koko... yes they are understated maybe because it does not cost an arm and a leg and the name is not difficult to pronounce and not made in France..
