Hey everyone!

Now that I have your attention hehe, my name is Caity, I'm 19 years old and currently cook at home. I recently have become very interested in learning how to cook different foods so I can be prepared for the future if/when I have kids, or just making meals for myself and my partner or guests, etc. I watch a lot of shows by Gordon Ramsay such as Kitchen Nightmares (favorite show), Hells Kitchen, and Gordon Behind Bars (very good show). I'm inspired by him and how well he can cook and how much he knows about food, so I have a lot of passion to start learning even if it's just for home cooking :) . I'd love to meet more people here and learn tips and other things for recipes and dishes I could start out practicing cooking to lead up to more complex meals.

Welcome Jujubee, glad to have you. Gordon Ramsey is a force to be reckoned with that is for sure. Don't believe the hype of the shows that is not the real world of cooking it is a tv show. Still Gordon is someone to be respected in my opinion. Very hard working chef.

Thanks,
