Anyone on this site that is working in europe currently, Im in germany and been cooking here for 3 years now and loven it!
Both long and rich, full of intense flavours, new discoveries, unexpected contrasts.

Haven't been back to Europe since '91.

 

Me?  Igot a a Pinarello Gavia.  Old steel.  Shimano's first generation 8 spd Dura-ace Sti on it.Believe it or not, picked up the frame and gruppo in Singapore.
