I have been asked to cater a meal for a local fund raiser for 600 and I don't know how or what to charge. The menu for the event is spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, garlic bread and tea. Desserts being donated. I will be doing all the shopping, prep, cooking. I will have one other assistant that will be paid, the test arevolunteers. I appreciate your help!

How much is your time worth?

How much is your assistant's time worth?

What is your emotional involvement and commitment to the cause of the fund raiser?

Your time + your assistant's time + cost of food and supplies - your emotional involvement and commitment = what to charge
