Need 30 pounds of lupine beans (hydrated; ready-to-eat)

The best I can find is 1 pound jars. I need this from an FDA-inspected source (an importer, wholesaler, whomever). They'll go to an FDA-inspected manufacturer to be used as an ingredient in a contract-manufactured product for sale in the retail grocery market. That's why I can't just buy the dry beans, myself, and hydrate them (I'm not FDA-inspected).

My contract-manufacturer isn't interested in hydrating them. Does anybody know where we can get these? Thanks.

Try contacting Sclafani Importing in Norwalk, CT. They import and sell lupini beans. I have bought directly from them in the past, and they were very easy to deal with. (203) 838-4441 www.sclafanibrands.com
