New here, obviously, and just wanted to say hello. I actually stumbled across ChefTalk from a recommendation on a forum when I was searching for a new tool bag. (The one they provide when you start Culinary School, just isn't adequate. lol) I am on my second term at Le Cordon Bleu studying Baking & Patisserie. I LOVE it. EVERYTHING about it, even days I don't want to get up and head to school. lol. Anyways, I look forward to reading reviews, the forums, and just being able to talk 'chef'. :]
