I’ve ordered dishes for restaurants in the past using common sense and arithmetic. It worked ok for the most part, however I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on standard formulas or spread sheets that may be helpful. Thanks

Ummmm...that sounds about the best you can do. Sounds like you need to get away from the "spreadsheets", especially if youre asking people to part with their old food cost forms.
