I'm looking for a source for the titanium white color from Pierre Herme's Macaron book; I'm using white airbrush color and not liking the resulting macaron so I want to use the titanium but can't find it.
PCB creations doesn't sell it and although there's a section on food color in the "Useful Addresses" section of the book, the suppliers there don't have it (I've checked their websites).
Any ideas?
