Hi everybody,

I hope you can help me! I am attempting to bake my partners 30th birthday cake tonight. I have making him a very special "DJ decks" cake and have been working all week to form the modules out of gumpaste which are now ready for the cake.

The birthday is tomorrow and now the last thing i have to worry about is the actual cake itself. I would like to make a chocolate mud cake. I have a rectangular form 11 x 15" and i have not baked a cake on this large scale before.

I guess i will be ok working out how much i need and just double/triple my recipe. But i am a bit worried about what temperature i need to bake it on and how long for.

Can anyone assist? I haven't really made choc mud cake before but i would call myself a fairly good home chef/baker ;)

If anyone has an amazing recipe on top of that even better, but i am sure i can find something online!

Thanks in advance!

Birte
