Three passions...cooking, biking and my hubby. Not in that order, of course!! :)

I'm an accountant by profession, but have really begun to feel a pull towards personal cheffing. In the meantime, I just wow our co-workers with knock-out birthday cakes and such.

I tend to cook mostly Italian dishes. So flavorful, garlicky, bright, garlicky, carbo-loaded, garlicky, and allow for a free hand in the preparation/interpretation.

Did I mention that I love garlic? :D

Tried my hand at veggie sushi rolls recently, with much success. So, maybe I'll be branching out.

My husband is strict vegetarian - not vegan (thank goodness) - just "nothing with a face". I, on the other hand, do enjoy a nice fish or chicken dish now and again.

Okay, nuff about me! Thanks for asking-

Welcome aboard! Do tell about that Garlic interest! I am a huge fan of the alium family... what's your favorite dish?

Hm...I don't have a favorite 'garlic dish' per se. I do tend to put the incredible bulb in everything I can get away with tho.

I'm perfectly happy with a nicely roasted head with oil and maybe honey and a big ol' hunk of ciabatta. Mmmmm....

Makes me a happy girl.

( I think I know what's for dinner - and now for the vino pairing...):lips:
