I work as as full-time could and I'm always hungry but I see food all day but nothing sounds good to eat. Does anyone have any tips on ways to be able to eat?
Have the same problem from time to time.
Esp. during high stress times.
Went to doc and she took a look in my stomach and was impressed how much one ulcer could bleed.
To answer your question...(nobody laugh or razz me plz) fried bologna on really soft white bread with mustard and mayo.
And a glass of milk.
I get by on melted cheddar cheese on bread, and the 'scraps' from my prep during the morning. Be they shavings of tenderloin, excess chicken tenders from supremes, or the end-pieces/tops/bottoms from the zuccini and peppers I cut. Eating the 'scraps' removes the need to think about what I want, and puts food in my stomach throughout the day so I don't feel hungry.
when i go in to work one of the first things i do is to make myself something to eat...somethng totally different than what's on the menu...usually a veggie wrap, or tomato sandwich, a caesar or garden salad with salmon or chicken...i don't eat anything you could call real breakfast food and i don't eat dinner, so lunch is it. if i miss that, i'll be eating things i don't want to(chips, crackers, bread) all day...hate that when that happens. for you, whatever you eat try and make it as healthy and nutritious as possible, and always get some protein in there.....your body will thank you....it's always worth the reminder to drink LOTS of water...
