Yes some peoplez talk dat way here lol. For those who don't know we border Quebec and we are a proud French/English speaking area.
I am an Owner/Chef of a Bakery and Bistro in a small town 30 minutes outside our national capital. We make everything from scratch and we are proud to say we do NOT use any mixes or boxed product except for organic chicken stock which we use only in "emergencies". Yes the likes of Coconut Milk in a can are used but you knbow what I mean. We do the best we can to cook real flavoured food. We are concidered a coffee shop/lunch place downstairs with 20 seats and a restaurant upstairs with 40 seats. We are lisenced with the only lysence in the Valley that allows the customer to take home the rest.
