Themed event for 70pax

I'm a culinary student going through a final project which we'll have to come up with 3 savory dishes and 1 dessert based on the theme we're given. There are themes such as 1) Aromatics 2) Culinary 3) Craft 4) Health and Beauty 5) History and Commerce 6) Intoxicants 7) Rainbow 8) Sex and Sensuality 9)Spiritual 10) Survival and Preservation 

 

Ive been given the theme CULINARY, Its a very wide theme and ive been facing problems picking a right topic to emphasise on, eg focusing on spices on aromatics for theme Aromatics.

 

Itd be amazing to get some ideas and opinions!

You will learn nothing by us telling you and doing your homework. Do some research on your own and formulate your own ideas. Good Luck
