okay, I am new here
I used to manage and cook in a restaurant with about 70 to 100 covers here in the u.k. we specialized in good home cooked meals.
In the end the long hours and low pay led me to move into printing and ultimately into security work.
I ocasionally do a little function catering on the side though the hassle isn't really worth it anymore. I am still pretty passionate about cooking and try to instill this in my family. I like to talk about food and invariably watch a olot of cooking on the t.v as I believe we never stop learning.
I am looking forwar to poking around on the forum and leaning lots from you guys.
I chose the name because Careme is one of the greatest chefs in history ( at least that I can spell from memory )
I also like the work of Paul Bocuse and would love to live in Lyon.
