As for your question about production space: you'll need to ask about that in another forum. I suggest posting in the Food and Cooking Questions and Discussions forum. I realize that's a general forum, but it's open to everyone- not only to professional chefs. Since you've indicated you cook at home, I think that's the best option for getting the ball rolling. Besides, you never know who'll have the space or will know of space available in the LA area.
