Red Wine Vinegar

Vinegar can be made out of many liquids, one of them being red wine.
It is a vinegar though... not something you would interchange with Red Wine that you drink.

Red wine doesn't have the acidity. Acid is an important component in a dish. Vinegars vary in flavor and red wine vinegar lends itself well to many dishes. I have 7-8 different vinegars in my pantry. They each bring something different to the party
