I am currently a culinary student and I have procrastinated on interviewing a chef for my project that is due at 10:15 am today. Please help if you can! I have the questions already ready!

Good luck with your career choice.

Procrastinators usually do very well.

I really appreciate the sarcasm. Just have a lot on my plate with a full time job and going to school and I definitely know that doing that is probably the norm in this industry, I just let this one slip through.

Hi Dani, I'm in Australia and not sure of the time difference but if it's a relatively quick interview and I'm not too late I would be glad to answer any questions. Cheers, K.
