Thread Starter

Hi , I'm new here, I am 24 years old and I love cooking so much.I registered here so as to learn about cooking and baking.I haven't studied cooking so I know only what I have read in books and I have practised at home.

At this moment I'm trying to decide wether to choose a chef carrer or management carrer because my first degree is about Industrial Management. So I believe that I can discuss, read and learn so much in here with you people.smile.gif

Hello Daisie, and welcome to Cheftalk.

Our membership is wide - both by geography and culinary skill - so everyone fits in here!

The wikis, blogs, articles, reviews and photographs on the site are all well worth spending time to view.  The three professional fora are read-only for those of us who are not presently employed in a culinary capacity, but can make interesting reading!  Feel free to join in any thread in the other fora, or start your own in the relevant one.

Hope to read some of your posts in the future.

Welcome Daisie, We have some great threads actually about what books are recommended by the chefs. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
