I am new to the industry , but i have a huge passion for food. I made a complete careeer change from Finance to Culinary Arts . I am currently attending Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. Looking for externships is a lil frightening bc there is such an array of choices. Can someone lead me in the direction of awesome places that I will learn alot of vaulable information. My goal is to own my own catering company or my own restaurant. what avenue is best for externship?
