Hello all,
When I was in my last pastry chef position in fine dining, I recall perusing a kitchen tool/bakeware website with my executive, looking for unique and contemporary molds and small, individual bakeware. I was thinking it was something along the lines of HB Prinz, but i'm clearly wrong because google searches yield nothing. I already searched the cheftalk forums for discussions about bakeware where I thought the name might drop, but nothing I saw was what I was looking for.
I was hoping that some of you who've been in the industry might know either what I'm talking about or be able to recommend a brand or producer of tools/bakeware. Folks on the other threads recommended brands like Baker's Secret, but what I'm looking for is definitely very specific to the contemporary end of the restaurant industry.
Any help you could offer would be so very, very much appreciated. I recently started a business and am still in the process of buying tools and molds. Thank you in advance.
