Hi, alcameron! What do you want to learn?
Whatever it is- so long as it's food-related- we've got a forum for that: baking, cooking, equipment selection, etc. We also have cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, and a whole ton more at the main Chef Talk site. The search tool can help you locate earlier conversations on a multitude of topics. Be sure to check the dates of the posts; some go back over 10 years, so keep that in mind as you read the information or consider responding to an older thread.
Let a moderator know if you have questions about the site. We're here to help.
Welcome!
