Hi everyone,

 

My names Matt but my friends call me Dezie. Im 28 years old and am lucky enough to be engaged to the most wonderful woman in the world.

 

Im a Ala Carte Line cook at a country club in Metro Detroit and have spent the last 10 years in the industry. 

 

I joined up because Id like talk and get to know more chefs and learn from them. I also really look forward to talking to people about new food trends, fun recipes and giving advice on things that I know.

Don’t forget about the Non-Professionals here!  Home Cooks have plenty to bring to the table.

Join the conversation or start a thread of your own in the relevant forum; on that I might suggest that you use the search bar at the top of the page to find any previous discussions on topics that interest you.  The Articles, Reviews and Galleries are fantastic, oh and the Special Guest Forum makes for a good read.

Once you’ve gone over the FAQ and Community Guidelines and you have questions in regards to the website, PM a Mod or Admin person.  I think that you’ll find that we have great respect for one another.
