Hello my name is Jenny and this is my first thread on this forum.
I am currently doing an apprenticeship for a Level 2 in Professional Cookery. I am currently working in a kitchen within a hotel and I prepare all the desserts and also serve desserts for Service. I am also doing a college course which is a Level 2 in Patisserie.
I want to become a Pastry Chef and I want to know where the best place is to go to learn more about becoming a Pastry Chef.
I was wondering if you can pitch in your ideas or opinions on this thread please :)
