Hi Everybody,
I have been a member of the ACF for two years and I am a CC(Certified Culinarian). My membership dues are up in November and I was interested in everyone's opinions of the foundation. If I renew i would be taking my CSC(Certified Sous Chef). I know the connections and events for ACF members but unfortunately the majority of the events are on weekends! SOOOO who would renew and WHY? And if you were to renew does anybody know of any practice written exams out there?
