Florida here.....Hi !

Thread Starter

Good Morning,

I found this site by asking the simple question "what's the difference between COCOA & CACAO, and I found that it wasn't such a simple question after all!  The information I have found here is remarkable, and so I joined.

I am newly getting into the Paleo way of cooking/eating/living, and I am hoping to gain some valuable insights here.

Thank you,

April

Aloha April, Welcome to Chef Talk.

I was doing the same thing, looking for the answer to a question that I had and found so much more.  The folks here at CT are fantastic, always willing to share in their knowledge of all things food.

The expertise here runs the gambit from CCI to Home Cooks like me and you.  A note on that, the three Pro forums are read only for us folks not employed in the industry.

Don't miss the Galleries, Articles and Reviews, they're all out of this world.

If you have questions in regards to the site, please PM a Mod Or Admin person, everyone has the greatest respect for each other.

There are many topics that have been around the block many times, you might want to do a search at the top of the page for things that interest you.

Mostly though have fun.
