Hello,

 So I'm going to a community college with culinary in it I heard their program is amazing DVC (Diablo Valley College) I want to take those classes and the ngo to Fresno State for their Culinology. I was wondering if anybody could help me understand more about Culinology and if it will help me be a better cook. Thanks a bunch! rolleyes.gif

thats the first time i heard of that word and im a culinary arts major.... i look it up and it sounds very interesting
