Hello Chefs and future Chefs,I am a new for this site....i just felt always to join in a chef community to share knowledge(As i believe knowledge is use less until it is shared :) ) and to learn from other's idea and knowledge.....I am in industry for 3 yrs as a chef...after my culinary degree.,,,i work in a five star hotel property of Jumeirah Group( Hotel Group)i think u might heard of Emirates Towers Hotel-- a twin tower building which is awarded as best business hotel of middle east...and my work...i am in garde manger ( rite now) very exciting kitchen with lots of professionals:)chef.gif
