Hi there, new to forum and seems like a great place! I'm currently studying my svq 2 professional cookery, and got myself in as a commis at one of my favourite restaurants, 'upmarket bistro specialising in fish and seafood' but wanting to move into fine dining eventually is that something I should try and get into ASAP or stay here for a few years and get myself a good base while studying.
