I'm at the beginning stages of launching a project out of an already established restaurant. I have discovered that in my area that there are alot of people (mostly elderly) that don't have the means or time to cook for themselves. Since I have never targeted this kind of market before I am a little in experianced when it comes to the ins and outs of the needs and food interests. If any one has any insite or suggests as far as menu ideas please.
Keep in mind the project will be selling frosen pre prepped pre cooked dinners.
