Well Since this is the "Welcome Forum" I thought it would be best to introduce myself

 

My Name is Dre I am Currently a culinary student , and line cook at a restaurant and just got hired as a cook in a hotel

I Reside In Maryland

Aloha Dre!  You've come to the right place.  Chef Talk has many members in the greater DC area.  What hotel is it that you work in?  I've been there many times, just love it there.  Maryland is beautiful, well next to my hometown of course.

We're all here to share in anything food.  Have you seen the Galleries yet? WOW!  This is a great place to connect with other students from around the world as well.  CT has been around for more than 10 years, so many topics have been through the mill several times.  The search bar at the top of the page is very useful in finding past topics.  I hope to see you here often, once again Dre, welcome.
