Hello, my name's Andy E. Parades. I'm a 17 year old from Chicago. I love baking & I hope one day to master it. I also want to master cooking, but I'm not as talented at it. Im trying to surround myself around people i believe will help me improve as a chef & as a person. Please feel free to say hello, I'm a pretty friendly person (:

If your trying to find folks to learn from and share thoughts on food and the science of food, this is the place.

There are many who really enjoy baking the way you do. Many who aspire to be the very best they can be, much like the way you feel.

 

 We have a baking and pastry forum in " Food and Discussions " and your welcome to join any of  the threads. Of course we have all kinds of subjects in the various forums.

 

There is a pro forum that is reserved for those working in the trade and are read only.

 

When you have time , please check out the wiki's, reviews, articles and the gallery. You may find some answers in the FAQ, and the search bar has proven terrific into finding answers.

 

Any other questions , just contact  our great Moderators who always so very helpful.
