pork filos

So I have slow roasted pork belly, cooled and refridgerated.   I then slice the meat, put in a filo and cook the filo,cool and refridgerate.

Can I then reheat this filo to 83oC and serve??

How long is it safe to keep the filo?

Anything Could be done, I would not reheat cooked phylo  make it freeze it raw then bake.
