What is Konji flour

Can any one tell me more about this product? I know of Konji Seeds (black cumin) but recently came across a product: Lo GI Gluten Free Noodles with konji flour as base ingredient. Presume it is ground konji seeds?

I am not familiar with konji, but konjac is a starchy and high fiber plant used to produce a flour (also a vegan gelatin) which is used in a Japanese noodle konnyaku. Also as a side note, I know of black cumin as nigella seeds. Hope this helps.

The Indian name for Nigella seeds is kalonji, not konji.
