Hello everybody, I'm David. I am somewhat new to the kitchen but have developed a passion for it like nothing else. I am still just a hopeful cook and my exploits and embarassments are confined to my personal kitchen at the moment but with some luck, perseverance and hard work, I plan on changing that in the upcoming year. I have enjoyed reading through the forums and articles so far on this site and am looking forward to learning as much as I can from the many impressively helpful people here on this site!

I agree with you, sometimes I am just amazed at some the photos in the Galleries as well as to how willing people here are to share in everything food. But that’s what it’s all about, right?
I take great pride in feeding my family and friends, and CT has helped me to do it better, smarter and more effectively.
I want to let you know that folks like you and me who are not employed the busy are asked to read only in the three Pro forays, but they are very informative.
